招聘岗位：阿尔及利亚高级交付经理
岗位职责：
1、汽车宣传内容创作与出镜主播
（1）作为出镜主播，负责汽车产品（车型亮点、功能特性、品牌价值）的视频宣传，结合阿尔及利亚市场需求，通过镜头语言传递产品优势，吸引目标客户关注；
（2）独立完成汽车宣传视频的全流程内容创作：包括创意策划、视频拍摄、剪辑与简单后期，确保内容符合品牌调性及当地客户审美；
（3）定期更新宣传内容形式，跟踪宣传效果，优化内容策略，提升客户关注度与转化潜力
2、阿尔及利亚客户对接与询盘转化
（1）负责对接阿尔及利亚客户，承接客户询盘，用阿拉伯语/法语精准响应需求，建立长期客户关系；
（2）理解客户购车需求，推荐适配车型，提供专业产品解决方案，引导客户完成订单意向确认，推动询盘转化为实际订单。
任职要求：
1、阿尔及利亚国籍，精通阿拉伯语、法语（母语级水平）
2、熟练掌握视频拍摄技巧，能独立使用剪辑工具，完成简单后期制作，具备内容创意能力
3、镜头表现力强，面对镜头不怯场，能自然、专业地传递产品信息，具备一定的控场能力
4、具备客户服务意识，善于倾听客户需求，能高效解决询盘及交付过程中的问题，抗压能力强

Senior Delivery Manager in Algeria
Responsibilities:
1, automotive promotional content creation and appearance anchor
(1) As an on-camera anchor, responsible for the video promotion of automotive products (model highlights, functional features, brand value), combined with the Algerian market demand, through the language of the camera to convey the advantages of the product, to attract the attention of target customers;
(2) Independently complete the whole process of automotive promotional video content creation: including creative planning, video shooting, editing and simple post-production, to ensure that the content is in line with the brand's tone and the aesthetics of local customers;
(3) Regularly update the form of promotional content, track the effect of publicity, optimize the content strategy to enhance customer attention and conversion potential
2, Algeria customer docking and inquiry conversion
(1) Responsible for docking with Algerian customers, receiving customer inquiries, responding accurately to needs in Arabic/French, and establishing long-term customer relationships;
(2) Understand the customer's needs for purchasing cars, recommend suitable models, provide professional product solutions, guide the customer to complete the order confirmation, and promote the conversion of inquiries into actual orders.
Requirements:
1, Algerian nationality, proficient in Arabic, French (native level)
