岗位职责:

1、代表公司出席行业展会、学术会议及品牌路演,担任产品演示者及品牌形象代表,塑造专业、可信、亲切的品牌形象。

2、参与品牌宣传内容的创意策划与出镜录制,包括宣传片、社交媒体内容、客户见证视频等,以本土化视角提升品牌传播感染力。

3、与市场团队及公关机构协作,对接当地媒体、行业意见领袖及关键客户,讲述品牌故事,传递公司价值。

4、深度参与品牌国际化视觉与文案的本地化适配,确保品牌信息在跨文化语境中准确、优雅、有效地传达。

5、收集并反馈目标市场对品牌形象、传播方式的感知与建议,为品牌全球化战略提供决策支持。


任职资格:

1、欧美籍在华留学生(含中东欧、俄罗斯),中文流利(日常交流及商务沟通水平),有意愿长期在中国发展;

2、2026届应届毕业生,本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒、公共关系、生物技术或相关领域背景优先。

Job Responsibilities:


Represent the company at industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and brand roadshows as a product demonstrator and brand ambassador, shaping a professional, trustworthy, and approachable brand image.


Participate in the creative planning and on-camera recording of brand promotion content, including promotional videos, social media content, and customer testimonial videos, enhancing the appeal of brand communication from a localized perspective.


Collaborate with the marketing team and public relations agencies to engage with local media, industry influencers, and key clients, sharing the brand story and conveying the company’s values.


Deeply engage in the localization adaptation of brand international visual and textual materials, ensuring accurate, elegant, and effective communication of brand messages across cultural contexts.


Collect and provide feedback on the target market’s perceptions and suggestions regarding brand image and communication methods, offering decision-making support for the brand’s global strategy.


Qualifications:


European or American international student currently studying in China, fluent in Chinese (daily conversation and business communication level), with a willingness to pursue long-term development in China.


Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, biotechnology, or related fields.


Excellent image and demeanor, with the ability to connect with audiences from diverse cultural backgrounds.


Experience in brand promotion, media appearances, public relations events, or content creation is preferred, along with knowledge of or interest in the biotechnology or health sectors.


Willingness to undertake short-term business trips, with a high level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork spirit.
